🔥 Focus of the Week
The journey ends where it began: within. The final sayings of the Gospel of Thomas reveal that all seeking—of truth, God, salvation—is fulfilled through self-knowledge. To know yourself is not ego worship; it is the Gnostic act of remembering your origin and reclaiming your divine spark.
📖 Readings: Gospel of Thomas – Sayings 3 (revisited), 108, 113
📜 Gospel of Thomas – Marvin Meyer translation
✨ Saying 3 (revisited)
“If those who lead you say, ‘The kingdom is in the sky,’ then the birds will get there first. If they say, ‘It is in the sea,’ then the fish will get there first.
Rather, the kingdom is within you and outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known…”
🔹 Commentary: We’ve heard this before—but now it’s time to live it. Stop searching for salvation in temples, doctrines, or distant heavens. You are the sanctuary.
✨ Saying 108
“Whoever drinks from my mouth will become like me; I myself shall become that person, and the hidden things will be revealed to them.”
🔹 Commentary: Communion isn’t about ritual—it’s about union. To receive truth from Jesus is to embody it. Gnosis creates oneness with the divine.
✨ Saying 113
“His disciples said to him, ‘When will the kingdom come?’
Jesus said, ‘It will not come by watching for it. They will not say, “Look, here it is!” or “Look, there it is!” Rather, the kingdom of the Father is spread out upon the earth, and people do not see it.’”
🔹 Commentary: We are not waiting for heaven. We are missing it—because it looks too ordinary, too present, too real. Wake up. The Kingdom has already begun.
🌿 Cannabis Practice: Return to the Center

Ritual Title: I Am the Sanctuary
- Take your cannabis with a sense of sacredness and stillness.
- Sit cross-legged or recline with your hand over your heart.
- Close your eyes and repeat slowly, like a mantra: “I am the Kingdom.
I am the spark.
I am known.” - When you feel ready, open your journal and write: “The truth I’ve found within me is…”
✍️ Reflection Prompts
- What sacred truth have I uncovered in myself during this journey?
- Am I still waiting for something outside me to awaken me?
- How do I now understand the phrase: “The Kingdom is within you”?
🌟 Affirmation of the Week
“I know myself. I am the spark. I am the Kingdom.”
You don’t need permission to be divine. You only need to remember.
