🌱 Where We Are Right Now
The Cannabis Church of Science and Faith is a newly forming spiritual community grounded in sacred reflection, cannabis healing, and truth-seeking. We believe in building our foundation with transparency, integrity, and love.
As of now:
- ✅ Our founding organization, Cave News Times, is legally registered with the State of Michigan.
- 🌿 The Cannabis Church of Science and Faith is currently in the process of official registration as a separate legal entity in the State of Michigan. Filing will be completed this week.
- 📬 Our current mailing address:
121 Avondale Ave, Jackson, Michigan 49203 - 💡 We are preparing to apply for 501(c)(3) federal nonprofit status, as soon as we have the funds for the $275 IRS filing fee.
🔧 In Progress: Our Federal Nonprofit Status
We believe deeply in being a church for the people, by the people, free from corporate influence or political agenda. To protect that mission:
- We will apply for federal tax-exempt status (501(c)(3)) under U.S. law.
- This will allow:
- Tax-deductible donations
- Increased public trust
- Expanded spiritual outreach and support
🕊️ Until then, all donations are considered gifts and are not tax-deductible.
🧭 Leadership Structure
Our church values shared wisdom and collective responsibility. We are led by a small but committed team:

Our aim is to build a structure that reflects spiritual equality, not hierarchy. All voices matter.
💸 Donation Policy (For Now)
We do not require or solicit donations to participate in worship, receive prayer, or access teachings.
That said, if you believe in what we’re building, and want to support:
