🌿 Opening Reflection
Why does humanity forget?
Why do we weep for past horrors and yet build them anew with fresh flags and justifications?
How can the same hand that once bore the wound of genocide now bear the sword?
We speak of justice, of prophecy, of holy land and chosen people—
But blood has no chosen race.
And Earth cries out with every drop.
🔄 The Cycle of Violence
From the ashes of World War II, the world swore “Never Again.”
But today, in Gaza, “never again” echoes as mockery.
The Israeli state—once a sanctuary for survivors of unspeakable horror—now stands accused of committing that same horror against another people.
This is not an isolated event.
History is a spiral staircase, and we keep walking in circles, higher and higher toward annihilation instead of ascension.
The Gnostic Perspective:
Gnosticism teaches that this world—the world as it is—is not the full truth.
It is governed by Archons, rulers of illusion, manipulation, ego, and violence.
The Demiurge—a blind creator god—set this false world into motion, not in divine love, but in arrogant imitation of it.
What we call “history” is not a linear story of human progress.
It is the echo of trauma repeated under new names and new flags.
✝️ False Prophecy and the Return of Christ
In American Christian nationalism, we hear that the return of the Jewish people to Israel is a divine prerequisite for the Second Coming of Christ.
Let us say this plainly:
Jesus is not coming back to reward war.
He is not returning with tanks, with surveillance, with genocide in his wake.
He is not arriving with a MAGA hat or standing for a state that uses the gospel to justify death.
The real Christ—the Christ of Gnosis—is already here.
He lives within the awakened heart,
the one who sees past nation and race,
who lays down the sword,
who refuses to hate.
💔 Why Do We Keep Repeating History?
Psychoanalytic Insight:
We do not remember trauma—we reenact it.
The abused becomes the abuser when pain is never healed.
Whole nations carry ancestral wounds that fester until they explode in blood.
Power protects trauma instead of healing it.
We are taught to forget.
We are taught not to feel.
We are told that rage is justice and revenge is righteousness.
And so, we create cycles of justification to cloak our inhumanity.
But Gnosis says: Know Thyself.
Only through radical inner awareness can the pattern be broken.
🐾 Animist Wisdom: No Land Is Ever Owned
From an animist perspective, the land is not property.
It is a being.
A spirit.
A relative.
What we do to the land, we do to ourselves.
When Israel bombs Gaza, it not only kills people—it kills its own soul.
When America funds war, it does not become great—it deepens its delusion.
You cannot make holy what is done in blood.
No temple built on a graveyard will stand.
🕯️ A Practice for Today
- Journal Prompt: What cycles have I inherited from my ancestors, my religion, my nation? Which ones am I still participating in?
- Ritual: Light a candle in silence. For every war or genocide you can name from history, speak its name aloud. Let it become a prayer for ending the cycle.
- Cannabis Practice: Inhale with intention. Ask the plant spirit to show you how violence hides in your thoughts, your fears, your judgments. Exhale with compassion.
✨ What If We Chose Gnosis?
What if instead of watching history repeat, we stopped participating?
What if churches taught self-mastery instead of empire worship?
What if Christians remembered that Jesus healed, forgave, and fed the hungry—he did not build armies?
What if Jews, Muslims, Christians, and all beings of Earth saw the divine not in land, but in life?
What if Palestinians and Israelis shared water and truth instead of wounds?
The Kingdom of Heaven is within you—
And it will never come by killing your neighbor.
🙏 Closing Blessing
May we remember not only who we are,
But who we must never become.
May your heart break wide open before your sword is ever raised.
May you reject the illusion of prophecy that justifies murder.
And may the divine spark in you
Light a fire that burns every cycle to ash.
